Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below. Where the context requires, words in the singular include the plural and vice versa.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the gps88 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during your membership:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter. gps88 strictly prohibits access by individuals under 21. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any Account where age cannot be confirmed.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia and accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you personally. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law. You must not be under any form of guardianship, conservatorship, or legal incapacity that would prevent you from entering into agreements.
• Single Account: You may hold only one active gps88 Account. Registering multiple accounts, whether under your own identity or under a third party's identity, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, whether imposed voluntarily through gps88's responsible gaming tools or through any other operator or regulatory scheme.
• Not an Employee: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of gps88 or any of its affiliated game-studio partners, unless express written permission has been granted by gps88's compliance team.

gps88 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any Account at any time if we determine, in our sole discretion, that eligibility requirements have not been met or can no longer be confirmed.

Account Registration

To access real-money betting and gaming features on gps88, you must complete the account registration process accurately and truthfully. By submitting a registration application, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian national identity number (NIK), and banking details — is accurate, current, and complete.
• You will promptly update your Account information if any details change, and notify gps88 customer support of any discrepancy you identify.
• Your username and password are personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your Account.
• You will not share, sell, transfer, or otherwise grant access to your Account to any third party.
• You will notify gps88 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account.

gps88 processes all registration data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Account registration does not become fully active until initial KYC verification has been completed. Deposits may be accepted before full KYC verification; however, withdrawals will be withheld until identity verification is successfully concluded.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on gps88 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). gps88 does not impose currency conversion fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges, for which gps88 accepts no liability.

Accepted deposit methods include transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata, and the e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times are displayed at the point of transaction and may change without prior notice.

Bonuses & Promotions

gps88 offers a range of promotional incentives, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a promotion's specific terms expressly state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in automatic forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Slot games typically contribute at 100%; live casino table games, togel draws, and sportsbook wagers may contribute at a lower rate. The contribution table is published on the relevant promotion page.
• One Bonus at a Time: Members may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless the promotion's specific terms explicitly permit stacking. Attempting to claim multiple concurrent bonuses will result in the excess bonus being voided.
• Abuse Prevention: gps88 reserves the right to void bonuses and any derived winnings, and to close Accounts, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage, or any form of systematic exploitation of promotional terms.
• Modification and Withdrawal: gps88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification will not retroactively reduce the value of a bonus already in a Member's active promotion cycle.

Gameplay Rules

All games available on the gps88 platform — including sportsbook markets, live dealer casino tables (operated in partnership with Evolution Gaming and equivalent certified studios), slot titles from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft, and specialty games including Dragon Tiger and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws — operate under their respective game-specific rules published on the Platform.

In the event of a discrepancy between a game result displayed on your device and the result recorded in gps88's server logs, the server-side record shall be conclusive and binding. Technical malfunctions — including disconnections, browser crashes, or network interruptions — during an active game session are handled according to the relevant game provider's malfunction policy. gps88 accepts no liability for losses attributable to client-side technical failures.

Bets placed and accepted in accordance with these Terms are final. gps88 reserves the right to void any Wager where: (a) it was accepted due to a manifest pricing error; (b) the outcome was already known at the time of placement; or (c) the Wager was placed in violation of these Terms or applicable game rules. Void Wagers result in the staked amount being returned to the Member's IDR Wallet.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gps88 platform. Breach of any item below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place Wagers, exploit game mechanics, or circumvent platform security measures.
• Collusion with other Members or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, match results, or live odds.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any Member who identifies a technical error must report it to gps88 immediately and must not exploit it for financial gain. Winnings derived from known errors will be voided.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal source. gps88 maintains an active anti-money-laundering (AML) program and will report suspicious transactions to appropriate authorities.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technologies to circumvent geographic access controls or to disguise your true location.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, threatening behavior, or abusive communication directed at gps88 staff or other Members.

KYC & Verification

gps88 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification program in accordance with international anti-money-laundering standards and responsible gaming best practices. KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed and may be requested at any point during your membership.

Standard KYC documentation includes: (a) a government-issued photo ID (Indonesian national identity card / KTP, or passport); (b) a recent bank statement or e-wallet screenshot confirming the payment account used for deposits; and (c) a clear selfie or live photo for liveness verification. Additional documentation may be requested for accounts above withdrawal thresholds set by our compliance team.

Documents must be submitted through the secure upload facility in your Account dashboard. gps88 processes KYC submissions within 1–3 business days. Withdrawals will be queued but not released until KYC is approved. gps88 treats all identity documents with strict confidentiality in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Responsible Gaming

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Members directly within their Account dashboard, at no cost and with immediate effect:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly caps on IDR deposits. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour reflection period before activation.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable notifications alerting you after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporary exclusion periods (7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 6 months) or permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the elected period.

Intellectual Property

All content on the gps88 platform — including but not limited to software code, website design, graphics, logos, trademarks, game interfaces, text, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of gps88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without express prior written consent from gps88.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gps88 excludes all liability for: (a) any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) any loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity; and (c) any damages resulting from unauthorized access to your Account attributable to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

gps88's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to gps88 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

gps88 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Planned and emergency maintenance windows will be communicated via the Platform's announcements channel where operationally feasible.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which gps88 holds its operating license. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation within 30 days of written notice, it shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English under internationally recognized arbitration rules. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

For Members accessing the Platform from Indonesia, you acknowledge that online gambling operates in a legally complex environment in Indonesia and that you access and use the Platform at your own risk and on your own initiative.

Amendments

gps88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, gps88 will provide notice via a prominent announcement on the Platform and, where practicable, by email to the address registered to your Account. The effective date of any revised Terms will be displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the gps88 platform after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure by contacting [email protected] before the effective date.
